    Initial Herbal Consultation: Up to 90 minutes - £75

    An exploration of your symptoms and the bigger picture of your lifestyle and well-being. Led by you, we take a deep dive into your health, history and wellness goals. Great for those at the start of their herbal journey. 

  • Restore

    Follow-up and check in: Up to 40 minutes - £35

    Refining and supporting treatment as you heal. We review your responses to herbal medicine, adjust prescriptions and provide further guidance on nutrition and lifestyle. Great for those who have already had an initial consultation. 

  • Resilience

    Herbal medicines are typically between £12 - £15 per week. 

    We customise herbal support for you and provide unique guidance and treatments to suit your preferences and lifestyle. Great for those who want to invest in wellness through ongoing support and for preventative health.

Consultations are available in person or online at my Millbrook practice in Cornwall, or at the Naturopathic Clinic in Plymouth.
